The Hammond Novachord Restoration Project →
In the 1930s, the Hammond Organ Company created a piece of music technology insanely ahead of its time, out of nothing but sweat, grit, and ‘murrica dammit. Unfortunately, it was the 1930s, so the raw power of this instrument was harnessed primarily to produce electronic fart effects for science fiction movies.
